PLOT
Naagins Shivani and Shesha(Naagini) are maternal cousin sisters who vow to avenge the death of Shivani's parents who were murdered by the Raos and their partners twenty years ago in a failed attempt to attain Naagmani, a snake pearl which has the power of whole world. As a househelper, Shivani enters Rao mansion by impressing their elder son Ritik, who is engaged to his friend Jahnavi. To forever stay with Raos for revenge, Shivani marries Ritik on his wedding day, after telling jahnavi to leave in the form of his mother Yamini, and says to all that jahnavi ran from the wedding.
Shivani begins taking her revenge but also begins falling in love with Ritik, who also confesses his love for her. Later when living in Shivani's form with Ritik after she lands in trouble, Shesha(Naagini) also feels a special attraction and falls for him. The sisters find a mysterious mark on Ritik's neck. To learn more Shesha(Naagini) visits her mother, a former Naagin, who tells her that Ritik is a Suryavanshi (member of a royal who protects Naagmani). Shivani and Shesha(Naagini) learn of Ritik's biological father Sangram Sinha, the King of the Suryavanshi clan.
A shocking revelation comes through flashback that Yamini is in fact Sangram's step-sister and Ritik's step-aunt, who along with her husband Aravind (then a gardener) murdered Ritik's mother, kidnapped him and had have held Sangram captive since years for Naagmani, and it also turns out that Yamini is the fifth unknown killer of Shivani's parents. Back to present after finding out Shivani's truth, Yamini learns about Shesha's(Naagini) one-sided love for Ritik, and turns her against Shivani.
Yamini, with Shesha's(Naagini) help, frames Shivani for Aravind's death, to provoke Ritik against her, who too learns Shivani is a naagin. But as he realises Yamini's real intentions and about his real parents, he and Shivani confess their love and consummate which makes her lose her powers and turn into a normal human. Ritik re-unites with Sangram who sacrifices his life to give Shivani her powers back for 12 hours for the battle of Naagmani. Shivani kills Yamini, completing her revenge. Shesha(Naagini) joins hands with Naagmani's enemy Mahishmatis clan but Shivani defeats her and the Mahishmatis lock her since they're trapped for 25 years.
As Shivani and Ritik protect the Naagmani, god blesses the couple and allows them to start a new life together. Shivani becomes pregnant.
